FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
We're based in Auckland and yes we love to travel! If you're outside Auckland and you want us to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 1 week (sometimes less depending on the season we photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
You will receive at least 50 full resolution, high quality images.
Can we have a copy of the RAW files?
Short answer, no. RAW images are unfinished products and taking a picture is only the tip of the iceberg. Most of the time is spent processing these images to come up with the final images that suits our taste.
What are your terms of payment?
We require 20% deposit to secure your booking. A week before your session, we'll be requiring the other 40%. The final 40% will be due on the day before your photoshoot session.
Can we order prints and album?
Yes. Our prints are museum quality, archival grade and will surely last a lifetime or two without fading. They are a bit more expensive than what you'll get when you print your pictures in the mall, but their quality speaks for themselves. Albums and print prices are available upon request once your images are ready.
